Warranty Information

WARRANTY POLICY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by management.

  • WARRANTY INSPECTION REQUIRED
    All warranty concerns must be inspected by our shop before any determination of coverage can be made. Certain repairs may require partial or complete teardown/disassembly to determine the exact cause of failure.
  • TEARDOWN AUTHORIZATION
    Customer authorization is required prior to teardown or diagnostic disassembly. If the failure is determined to be non-warrantable, diagnostic and reassembly charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
    • Abuse, misuse, neglect, overheating, racing, or improper operation
    • Damage caused by continued driving after symptoms occur
    • Lack of maintenance or fluid contamination
    • Customer-supplied parts, used parts and custom parts
    • Failures caused by unrelated vehicle issues
    • Normal wear items including but not limited to:
    brakes, clutches, tires, bulbs, filters, wiper blades, and friction materials
    • Towing, storage fees, card processing fees, rental vehicles, lost wages, or consequential damages
  • WARRANTY VOID IF:
    • Vehicle has been modified or tampered with
    • Repairs are performed elsewhere without prior authorization
    • Another repair facility diagnoses, disassembles, modifies, or performs repairs related to the warranted repair before our inspection
    • Recommended repairs were declined by the customer
    • Vehicle is used for racing, commercial abuse, or off-road abuse
  • CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
    Customers must stop operating the vehicle immediately if abnormal noises, slipping, overheating, warning lights, or drivability concerns occur. Continued operation may result in additional damage not covered under warranty.
  • WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
    No warranty claim will be approved or denied until proper inspection and diagnosis are completed by our shop. If another shop or individual performs repairs, diagnosis, or disassembly before we are given the opportunity to inspect the vehicle, all warranty coverage becomes null and void and repairs will not be eligible for compensation.
  • WARRANTY LABOR & PARTS
    Warranty coverage applies only to the original repair listed on the invoice and only for the stated warranty period.

By authorizing repairs, the customer acknowledges and accepts these warranty terms and conditions.
